Skincare Guide + checklist

Cleanse (Daily morning & night):
Cleansing is one of the most important elements in a beauty regime as it removes dirt and pollutants from the day.

Depending on your skin type, exfoliate 1 - 3 times per week.  Exfoliating gets rid of dead skin and makes it possible for skincare products to penetrate skin.

Tone (Daily morning & night):
Balance pH and hydrate the skin. Also, a great way to refresh skin after the gym, on the plane and as an afternoon refresher.

Moisturize (Daily morning & night):
Depending on your skins condition, you may want to use a lighter moisturizer in the morning and something heavier at night.
