Hi! My name is Patti Green and I am your lifestyle coach!

During this time of uncertainty, your health and wellness needs to be #1 priority. Many of us are caregivers who take care of everyone else, but ourselves, neglecting our own health and wellbeing.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve received many calls from people asking for advice on ways to avoid weight gain, minimize stress and suggestions on maintaining health and wellness while at home. As a concerned health and lifestyle coach, I’ve decided to create the Balance + Beauty 21-day boot camp. The simple online program has been designed to motivate, inspire and guide you to stay on a health and wellness path.

 
 

THE WELLNESS TOPICS WE WILL COVER EACH WEEK:

Week 1: Detox Your Body/Clean Eating

If you’re stressed out, experiencing dry blotchy skin, headaches, lack of energy, bloating or fogginess, it may be time for a cleanse/detox. A cleanse can be as simple as increasing the consumption of fresh organic fruits, vegetables and water or decreasing or omitting inflammatory foods. You will learn how to safely do a 1-5 day cleanse, the benefits of a plant based diet, inflammatory foods to avoid, and more.

Week 2: Nourish Your Body/Healthy Eating

Nourishing your body with the right foods can be all the medicine the body needs, coupled with a healthy lifestyle. If you’re feeling off your game, start by taking notice of the foods that you’re eating. We will explore ingredients to avoid, foods that give you energy and simple recipes.

Week 3: Nourish Your Skin/Green Beauty

When I say, “feed your skin”, I mean that you need to give your body nourishing elements to help maintain healthy looking skin. Lathering creams or gels on your skin is just a temporary action that may moisturize your body for a few hours. Feeding your skin is a holistic exercise that incorporates living a healthy lifestyle, eating foods that nourish your body, using all-natural skincare products, enjoying body therapies, elimination and body movement. I will show you how to adopt these healthy habits as part of your lifestyle.
